The Bilingual Diag, LLC/The Bilingual Diag, LLC

The Bilingual Diag Community

Where evaluators go to think through real cases—together.

A professional space designed to help you work through complex evaluations, strengthen your decision-making, and collaborate with others who understand the work.

THE PROBLEM

You can attend trainings, take notes, and learn strategies……but when you’re sitting in front of a real case, that’s when the questions start.

  • Is this language difference or disability?

  • Am I interpreting this data correctly?

  • How do I explain and defend this decision?

That’s the gap this community is designed to fill.

THE SOLUTION

This is not another training.

This is a space where you can:

  • Talk through real cases

  • Hear how others are thinking

  • Strengthen your reasoning and confidence

  • Have access to a mentor

Because real growth happens when you’re working through actual scenarios, not just examples on slides.

A Note from Roxana

I’ve wanted to create a space like this for a long time — something supportive, practical, and rooted in real bilingual evaluation experience.

If you’re craving clarity, encouragement, and a place to ask questions without judgment … I’d love to build this community with you.

“Every time Roxana explains something, it finally makes sense.”
